Chrys was my instructor for a number of years. I enjoyed her class, she always motivated the class well but also we had fun. Her classes were not rushed and you didn’t feel that you were going at the classes at 100mph. Chrys’s class were of a normal pace, with a feeling of placement of movements rather than manic or flinging of arm and leg movements.
Believe me she encouraged us to work hard to achieve the goals we had set for ourselves.
Chrys developed a personal training program for me. My key goals were to reduce the risks associated with muscular atrophy & strengthen my ankles. The purpose of this was to help prolong my ability to play five a side football twice a week as I proceed through my fifties.
The program reflected my particular requirements extremely well & I’m already feeling the benefits of the program.
I have done a step class with Chrys for a few years. It is always a fun entertaining class. Chrys always breaks down each move to make sure it is understood & done right making sure you get the best out of the class.
She also has various levels of difficulty so that everyone is catered for. You concentrate so hard that the class flies by & you don’t realise that the hour has passed. You come out of the class having exercised, had fun & a laugh all at the same time.
